  Worse customer service EVER! Jonathan has no idea what he's doing. Observed him and other associate discussing customers account benefits with each other out loud for all to hear while working with customers at two sales terminals. My turn, purchased 2 wireless chargers and a replacement screen protector. Asked Jonathan to install. I go home, guess what... it doesn't work. Spent over $200.00...last night! I call first thing this morning and explained what is going on with the screen.....Jonathan says there's nothing they can do about it because he's never heard of this problem before. OH REALLY....just a week ago another customer posted her review here saying basically the same thing I am saying.
  
  DUDE..... the screen protector you me doesn't work!! Verizon policy says I have 14 days to return accessories and this includes ALL stores, direct or authorized retailers alike.
  
  I have contacted corporate and am in the process of filling a formal complaint. Per corporate, I first have to go back to the store and make another attempt for resolution. Of he still refuses to fix the problem or refund me, I have been instructed to call customer service from the store.
  
  Buyer Beware!! Go to the Rockwall or Terrell locations or any other store. I do not recommend going to the Greenville store. Just terrible experience.
